DM-1600 is a DM-1600 gantry milling machine designed for machining large plates, housings, frames, castings and structural components. The machine is suitable for face milling, machining mounting surfaces, drilling and workshop operations requiring a stable gantry construction.
The symmetrical gantry frame provides high rigidity during more demanding cutting conditions, while table support along the entire travel length helps maintain consistent machining accuracy. The Manual / DRO version can be equipped with a digital axis position readout, facilitating workpiece setup, dimensional control and repeatable operator work.
The model offers a 1600 × 3000 mm table with an optional 4000 mm length, 1000 mm clearance under the crossbeam, X/Y/Z-axis travel of 3000 / 1600 / 500 mm, an 11 kW milling head with an optional 15 kW version, a 7.5 kW table-drive motor and Manual / DRO configuration options.
