To ensure a full understanding of the provisions, the following definitions apply:
Contractor: Digima DC Sp. z o.o., responsible for the supply of equipment, machinery or services.
Client: The entity ordering specific goods or services.
Technical Specification: A detailed description of the equipment’s parameters, including data on performance, energy consumption and overall dimensions.
Warranty service: A set of technical procedures aimed at maintaining the machines’ full operational efficiency during the period covered by the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty.
The procurement process at Digima DC Sp. z o.o. is divided into several key stages:
Technical consultation: Analysis of the customer’s needs and selection of machine specifications for production processes.
Quotation: Presentation of a quotation including prices, delivery dates and payment terms.
Order confirmation: Formal acceptance of the terms and conditions by both parties.
Logistics and transport: Organisation of the safe transport of machinery in accordance with safety standards for the transport of precision cargo.
The contractor shall ensure that the goods supplied are free from defects. Should any irregularities be found, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint:
How to lodge a complaint: The complaint must be sent by email to: biuro@digima.pl or in writing to the company’s registered address.
Content of the complaint: The complaint should include a description of the fault, the circumstances in which it arose, and the order details.
Timeframe for processing: All complaints are processed within fourteen days of the date the complaint is received. The customer will be informed of the decision and the next steps by email or telephone.
A customer who is a consumer or a business with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason:
Time limit: The notice of withdrawal must be submitted within fourteen days of taking possession of the goods.
Procedure: The notice of withdrawal must be sent to: sprzedaz@digima.pl. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unless any changes were necessary within the limits of normal use.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the customer’s precise specifications or designed to meet their individual technical requirements.
The company provides technical support for the products it offers. Each machine is covered by a warranty period as specified in the product data sheet. Service requests are accepted via the channels indicated in the contact section.
