DM-1800CNC is a gantry / portal-type CNC gantry machining centre, designed for efficient milling, drilling and machining of large workpieces. The machine is suitable for machining plates, frames, moulds, housings, castings and structural components requiring a stable construction, greater clearance between the columns and a large working area.
The model features a symmetrical gantry construction providing high rigidity, a wide box-type bed adapted for high table load capacity and a CNC system enabling contour machining with simultaneous 3-axis control.
The model offers an 1800 × 4000 mm table with a 6000 mm option, 2100 mm distance between the columns, X/Y/Z-axis travel of 3000 / 1800 / 1000 mm, optional ranges of 6000 / 2000 / 1200 mm, spindle speed of 2–1600 rpm with a 2500 rpm option and a 22 kW spindle motor.
