DM-3000CNC is the largest variant in this series of gantry / portal-type CNC machining centres. The machine is designed for efficient milling, drilling and machining of very large and wide workpieces, such as plates, frames, moulds, housings, castings and heavy structural components.
The model features a symmetrical gantry construction providing high rigidity, a wide box-type bed adapted for high table load capacity and a CNC system enabling contour machining with simultaneous 3-axis control.
The model offers a 3000 × 4000 mm table with a 6000 mm option, 3600 mm distance between the columns, X/Y/Z-axis travel of 4000 / 3000 / 1200 mm, optional ranges of 6000 / 3600 mm for the X/Y axes, spindle speed of 2–1600 rpm with a 2500 rpm option and a 35 kW spindle motor.

Portal CNC Construction for Stable Machining of Very Large Workpieces
The DM-3000CNC uses a symmetrical gantry construction that provides high rigidity during heavy cutting conditions. The gantry / portal layout with a fixed crossbeam enables stable machining of large-scale components and maintains accuracy across the entire working area.
The wide box-type bed provides high table load capacity and stable workpiece support. The 3000 × 4000 mm worktable allows clamping of very wide plates, moulds, housings and welded structures, while the optional 6000 mm length increases the capacity for working with longer components.
The machine is equipped with an efficient 35 kW milling spindle, CNC system, automatic forced guideway lubrication system and the possibility of using a chip conveyor.
