Digima BK5040 is a CNC metal slotting machine designed for precise machining of keyways, splines, blind holes and internal keyway channels. The machine is suitable for mechanical component production, toolrooms, metalworking plants and maintenance departments.
The BK5040 model features a maximum ram stroke of 400 mm, stroke adjustment of 300 mm, a ram movement range of 20–70 strokes/min and a 750 × 510 mm work table. X/Y axis drives with torque of 10 N·m / 15 N·m and rapid traverse of 5 m/min support stable machining of repeatable parts.
A larger ram stroke, greater machine weight and more powerful main motor allow efficient work with demanding technical parts.
