DTL-130CNC is a heavy-duty vertical turning lathe of the double-column CNC type, designed for precision machining of very large and massive components in industrial, power generation, mining, construction and manufacturing facilities.
The design is based on a rigid, symmetrical double-column arrangement, hydrostatic table guideways, two ram heads and a CNC system for accurate and repeatable machining. The DTL-130CNC model offers a turning diameter of up to 13000 mm and a table diameter of 8000 mm with an option of 9000 / 10000 mm.
The DTL-130CNC combines a robust double-column construction, two working heads, hydrostatic table bearings, automatic lubrication, axis servodrives, ball screws and Siemens SINUMERIK 828D / 840D CNC control.
