DTL-12 CNC is a single-column CNC vertical turning lathe designed for stable and accurate machining of disc-shaped components, flanges, rings, wheels, housings and industrial parts requiring rigid clamping on the rotary table.
The machine is designed for production and workshop use. Robust castings, a rigid construction, AC main drive with a VDF unit and CNC control provide high repeatability, smooth speed control and good machining quality across different materials.
The model offers a maximum turning diameter of 1250 mm, a 1000 mm table, workpiece height of 1000 mm with an optional 1200 mm version, 4 t table load capacity, table speed range of 6.3–200 rpm in 4 steps and a 22 kW main motor.
