DTL-31 is a heavy-duty vertical turning lathe of the double-column type, designed for machining large and massive components in industrial, power generation, mining and manufacturing facilities.
The design is based on a rigid, symmetrical arrangement, a robust working table, two working heads and guideways designed for high-load operation. The DTL-31 model offers a turning diameter of up to 3150 mm and a table diameter of 2250 mm with an option of 2500 / 2800 mm.
The DTL-31 combines a robust double-column construction, two working heads, hydrostatic table bearings, 40Cr steel gearboxes and PLC control for safe and repeatable operation.
