DBM-130L-CNC belongs to the series of universal CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, designed for drilling, counterboring, boring, reaming, face milling, tapping and milling.
The machine is suitable for machining large housings, plates, structural components and workpieces requiring precise hole machining. Its robust cast-iron construction, hardened and ground guideways, ball screws, automatic lubrication system, CNC control and 1600 × 1800 mm worktable ensure stability, precision and convenient operation in metalworking facilities, maintenance departments, machine manufacturing and component refurbishment.
The model features a 130 mm spindle, a 1600 × 1800 mm table, table load capacity of 10 tonnesnes, X/Y/Z-axis travel of 2000 / 1600 / 2000 mm, 15 kW spindle motor power, CNC control, hardened and ground guideways, ball screws and an automatic lubrication system.

Rigid Construction and Convenient CNC Operation
The machine consists of a bed, front column, headstock, transverse and longitudinal saddles, worktable, rear column and a counterweight system with a pulley. The headstock moves vertically along the column guideways, while the worktable can move transversely and longitudinally along the bed and rotate for workpiece setup.
The robust and rigid cast-iron construction increases machining stability. The guideways are hardened and ground, ensuring smooth travel and longer machine service life. The boring spindle is nitrided, maintaining high durability during prolonged operation.
The CNC version has a central operator panel that facilitates operation and process control. The electrical system uses a programmable PLC controller, while table position locking at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° enables precise workpiece setup during machining.
