DBM-160T-CNC is a T-type CNC horizontal boring machine designed for stable machining of large housings, plates, castings and heavy structural components.
The machine is designed for drilling, counterboring, boring, reaming, face milling, tapping and milling. A 160 mm spindle, 2000 × 2500 mm worktable, 2500 mm X-axis travel and 37 kW spindle power enable efficient machining of very large components in machine manufacturing, maintenance and component refurbishment.
The model features a 160 mm spindle, a 2000 × 2500 mm worktable with an optional 2500 × 3000 mm version, 2500 mm X-axis travel with optional 3500–6500 mm versions, 3000 mm Y-axis travel with an optional 4000 mm version, Z/V-axis travel of 800 / 1600 mm with an optional 1000 / 2000 mm version and 37 kW spindle motor power.
