Digima TW2400 is an automatic bending machine designed for professional processing of thermoplastic materials. The machine enables fast, precise and repeatable bending of acrylic, PVC, plexiglass, polycarbonate and other plastic sheets with a thickness of 1 to 10 mm.
The use of quartz tube heating ensures even heating of the material along the entire 2400 mm working length. Water cooling stabilizes the process, protects material edges and supports repeatable results in series production.
TW2400 combines precise quartz heating, water cooling, 30–175° angle adjustment and a stable design prepared for advertising, technical and series production.

Quartz heating, water cooling and precise angle adjustment
At the heart of the Digima TW2400 bending machine is a quartz tube heating system that enables even heating of the material along the entire bending line. This makes the process more predictable, while the finished part retains a clean, smooth edge without cracking or excessive deformation.
