We present a professional top die from Digima, designed for the precise processing of sheet metal on press brakes compatible with the Amada system. This tool is a key component of the bending process, where the highest precision and angular repeatability are required. The punch is made from high-grade T8A steel, which, combined with specialist heat treatment, guarantees extreme resistance to wear and mechanical deformation under high pressure.
To ensure maximum durability of the working edge, the punch tip has undergone high-frequency induction hardening, achieving a hardness of HRC 45 ± 2 degrees. The product is characterised by excellent geometry and a high-quality surface finish, which ensures no marks are left on the bent material and perfect dimensional stability. The tool is fully adapted for use in segmented sets, where the tolerance at the joints between individual elements does not exceed 0.05 mm, allowing long bending lines to be created without the risk of steps forming.
